This 13 year old 4-5 bedroom, distant oceanfront home is perfect for the large group who desires privacy in a nonsmoking environment, with all the amenities a private residential home has to offer.
The home itself is contemporary as it is only thirteen years old (lighter color tones of the 1990’s). It offers a unique blend of some above average and some less than average furnishings and carpeting.
The bonus room is more the recreational room, kid’s room, which would be considered by discriminating people as less than upscale. A nice consideration is its indoor-outdoor carpet which allows for pets.
While discriminating people do not consider the home upscale, others consider it very nice and upscale indeed. We reserve that for your judgment. While the bonus room is not perfect for everyone it is truly an ideal place for kids to “hang-out” and have fun in.
