This nice ocean-front home, built in the late 1990's is perfect for the large group that would rather pay for one home and be together, rather than pay for 2 rooms, as it will sleep up to 18 people!

You can sit in the living room or on the deck of this Ocean City home and see the ocean waves, even though it is over 300 yards back from the beach.

The bonus room offers 4 large beds and a full bathroom to sleep 8 more people. It is more of a recreation room or kids room as it is not fancy by any means.

The home features a 6-person hot tub and allows pets, but it is non-smoking. It has average furnishings, appliances and carpeting. The light color tones of the fistures and cabinetry makes for a more modern look
